Information we collect
Account information you provide (name, email), content you create or upload (ideas, drafts, posts, PDFs, links), and usage data such as feature interactions and post performance.
How we use your data
To generate posts, run the AI Writing Coach, schedule and publish to LinkedIn through the official API, surface analytics, and improve our models. We never sell your data.
LinkedIn integration
We connect to LinkedIn via official OAuth. We only request the permissions needed to publish on your behalf. We never store your LinkedIn password and never use browser extensions or scraping.
Data storage & security
All data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.3) and at rest (AES-256). Infrastructure is hosted on SOC 2–compliant providers. EU-region hosting is available on request.
Data retention
Your content is retained while your account is active. You can export or delete your data at any time from your account settings. Deletion is permanent and propagates within 30 days.
Your rights
You can access, correct, export, or delete your personal data at any time. EU/UK residents have additional rights under GDPR including the right to object and data portability.
Cookies
We use essential cookies for authentication and a minimal set of analytics cookies to understand product usage. No third-party advertising cookies are used.
