Acceptance of terms
By creating an account or using ThinkPost, you agree to these terms. If you're using ThinkPost on behalf of an organization, you confirm you have authority to bind that organization.
Your account
You are responsible for safeguarding your account and for any activity under it. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.
Acceptable use
Do not use ThinkPost to generate spam, harassment, misinformation, or content that violates LinkedIn's Professional Community Policies. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service.
Content ownership
You own the content you create through ThinkPost. You grant us a limited license to store and process it solely to operate the service. We never claim ownership of your posts.
Subscriptions & billing
Paid plans renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel anytime from your dashboard; access continues until the end of the current billing cycle. Refunds follow our refund policy.
Credits
Credits reset at the start of each billing cycle and do not roll over. Unused credits have no cash value.
Service availability
We aim for high uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance is communicated in advance where possible.
Limitation of liability
ThinkPost is provided 'as is.' To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Changes to the terms
We may update these terms occasionally. Material changes will be notified by email or in-app. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
